Dedicated Support Line

We have now expanded our Services to include a Dedicated Technical Support Telephone Line,

This line will only ever be staff by fully qualified fully experienced staff who will not be reading through a script.

Previously our incoming lines on 01283 500530 were dedicated to dealing with General Enquiries and Simple Support calls where practical.

Our Sales staff were not able to provide an extensive telephone support and all our Senior Technical Staff we committed to working on PCs in our workshop.

To resolve this problem we now have extra incoming phone lines and we have employed additional staff.

How It Works

• The Customer calls our Dedicated Support Line 09065 150074, this is a Premium Rate Phone Number
• A brief recorded message will be played explaining the cost of the call and other legal requirements.
• Calls to this number will cost £1.50 a minute, callers must be over 18 and have the bill payers permission to make the call.
• We start by taking the Customer's details and details of the problem or the reason for the call.
• We then work the problem recording the steps we have taken.
• If for whatever reason we need to complete the work at our workshop, then we can use our records to make sure that we only charge for the next steps not ones already taken during the Telephone Support Call.
• We have made sure that the revenue we receive from the call is the same as when the PC is worked on in our workshop, therefore we get paid the same whether we fix it by proxy over the phone or in person.
